Floats should be in line and ready for JUDGING by 5:30 p.m. Cochran Masonic Lodge members will be in charge of line-up and execution of the parade. Each entrant will be responsible for any clean up needed. Due to health reasons animals will be required to wear a bag for waste unless other provisions are made for immediate clean-up. All entries with the exception of the horses must be lighted in the spirit of Christmas. As is customary, there will be only one (1) Santa Claus in the parade. Due to safety reasons, candy cannot be thrown to parade bystanders; however, it can be handed to them. Each entry must have identification signs on each side of the conveyance.
