Annual Heirloom Tomato Festival is held at Glen-Ella Springs Inn & Meeting Place, Clarkesville, GA. The date for 2012 is July 29, 2012 beginning at 11:00 am and running until 4:00 pm. www.glenella.com.
A fun filled day featuring dozens of varieties of heirloom tomatoes for taste testing, local arts & crafts vendors, live entertainment and delicious food (to include Glen-Ella's famous Fried Green Tomatoes).
Festival time 11:00 am - 4:00 pm. Attendance will be limited. Advance tickets purchase is encourage as there will be limited number available at the gate. For ticket purchase contact us at 706-754-7295.
Twilight Supper Buffet will begin at 6:00 pm on the day of the festival in our outdoor open air pavilion. Prepaid reservations are required. Call 706-754-7295 for reservations.
