Saturday 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday Noon-5 p.m. Free Admission. A juried fine arts festival held on the spacious lawn of historic Rose Lawn, the home of evangelist Sam Jones. The event is a showcase of best of regional fine arts and handcrafts including paintings, jewelry, pottery, glass, baskets, quilts, weaving, photography, woodcrafts. All works are original and exhibitors compete for prize money awarded in two juried categories. Victorian House Museum Tours are available. Visitors will enjoy a variety of foods such as BBQ, fish and chicken, greens, apple dumplings, fat back and cornbread, sweet potatoes, roasted corn, stuffed potatoes, cotton candy, funnel cakes, ice cream and more. Highlights include the AAUW Annual Book Sale and the presentation of the Hospitality Heroes Awards and the prestigious People's Choice Awards presented by the Cartersville-Bartow County Convention & Visitors Bureau. The annual arts festival, held on the grounds at Rose Lawn, features the works of artists from across the Southeast. Fine art and Heritage Craft exhibits include oils, watercolors, and pastels, sculptures in wood, brass, and glass, and many other unique hand-crafted items.
