Macon will celebrate its 11th annual Bragg Jam Festival in 2010! This premier summer music and arts festival will benefit the Ocmulgee Heritage Trail in historic downtown Macon. Annual event favorites include the Moonlight Miles 5K Fun Run/Walk, Patron's Kick-Off Party, Bragg Jam's Arts @ the Park and Bragg Jam's signature Concert Crawl featuring over 40 live musical performances at a variety of Macon venues. Bragg Jam commemorates the lives of Macon music singer/songwriter/guitar talented brothers named Brax and Tate Bragg who were tragically killed in an automobile accident during the summer of 1999. This untimely tragedy has found a way to give back to the community. All money raised from the Bragg Jam Festival goes to the care and maintenance of the Ocmulgee Heritage Trail in memory of Brax & Tate Bragg.
