Fall’s stunning foliage makes Barnsley Gardens Resort a breathtaking location for a Thanksgiving escape.   The festivities begin on Thursday, November 26 with a special Thanksgiving Day Buffet. Throughout the rest of the weekend, enjoy horse and carriage rides, family-friendly activities, a Christmas tree lighting, and S’mores and hot cocoa in the Beer Garden. The price for the Thanksgiving Buffet on November 26 is $48 for adults and $20 for children ages 6-11, and seatings will be at 11:30 a.m., Noon, 1:30 p.m., and 2:00 p.m. On the morning of November 26, children are invited to have breakfast and photos taken with Santa Clause from 7:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. in The Woodlands Grill. Reservations are required. On Saturday, November 28 from 1:00-2:30 p.m. the resort’s own Fairy Godmother will host a gingerbread craft session. Later that evening, special entertainment will take place in the Beer Garden beginning at 4:00 p.m. Throughout the day on November 27-28, families can bond and partake in scavenger hunts, lawn games, and board games.
