The 48th Annual Georgia Peanut Festival will be held at T.C. Jeffords Park in downtown Sylvester, on Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012! The Georgia Peanut Festival is the record holder for making the world’s largest peanut butter sandwich (1987), 12 feet by 12 feet. Thousands of people will flock to Sylvester-Worth County to enjoy a parade, arts and crafts, food, entertainment, peanut/peanut butter cooking contest, rides and attractions and much more. Everyone is invited to join us for a day of Southern food, fun, and entertainment at the 48th Annual Georgia Peanut Festival. It is a fun event for the entire family. We hope that you will join us in celebrating one of the largest industries in Georgia!
