13th Annual Lumber City Farm Day Festival

Description

Come spend the evening, day or entire weekend with Lumber City as we celebrate the "good ole days" when the locals gathered on Main Street every Saturday, to play their guitars, sing and enjoy good food.  
 
Activites begin:  
*Friday, (Sept 5): 6 p.m.- midnight:Arts, Crafts, & Food Booths; Kids Amusement Park with Bungee Jump, Rock Climbing, Slides, & Rides. Street Dance begins at 8 p.m. featuring "The Grapvine".  
 
*Saturday, (Sept 6): 9 a.m. - midnight: Arts, Crafts, & Food Booths; Kids Amusement Park; 1 mile and 5K race (7:30 am); Saturday Morning Breakfast (6:30 am-10 am); Dog Show (9 am); Parade (10 am); Blackeye Pea Lunch $5.00 plate (11 am-2 pm); Cake Walks throughout the day; Youth Talent Show (12:30 pm-1:30 pm). Additional entertainment including singing & dancing all day. The day ends with another Street Dance featuring the "280 Cruisers".  
 
*Sunday, (Sept 7): 9 am - 11:00 am.  
Community Church Service held on Main Street.  
(No other activites held on Sunday)
