Booth Western Art Museum, an Affiliate of the Smithsonian Institution, is a 120,000 square foot museum located in Cartersville, Georgia. Guests are invited to See America's Story through contemporary Western artwork, Presidential portraits and letters, Civil War art, more than 200 Native American artifacts, and so much more. Open since August 2003, Booth Museum is the second largest art museum in the state of Georgia, and houses the largest permanent exhibition space for Western art in the country. Sagebrush Ranch is an interactive gallery where children of all ages can learn about art and Western America. The Museum's Special and Temporary Exhibit Galleries host three to five temporary exhibits per year.

Directions

Interstate 75 to exit 288 (Main Street/Cartersville). Go West on Main Street approx. 2 miles to Gilmer Street. Turn Right on Gilmer Street and go 2 blocks. Museum is on your left; parking is on your right.
