A multi-purpose facility with over 25,000 square feet of meeting space, including a 2,500 seat arena, subdivisible meeting space and a 300 seat theater with classroom seating capabilities. The Center encircles Roosevelt Square so named for the 1938 visit by FDR in the aftermath of the famous 1936 tornado that virtually destroyed the town. It serves as a conference center for the northeast Georgia region and is located adjacent to Historic Downtown Gainesville Square.
