An innovative plan was developed to transform the historic train depot and unsightly rail yard in downtown Gainesville into a Central station for the Arts. Your contributions and memberships are needed for operations, programming and with your support our future plans include, an outdoor theater, artists market sculpture garden and international market place .... ftm lunch hour concerts and events to group tours, community concerts and festivals.
The Arts Council offices are located in the Depot and our current services to our affiliate arts organizations, the community and visitors to the community have been enhanced and expanded, The multi-purpose facility is available for daily rental to members for meetings, art shows and artists markets, and concerts.

This "hidden treasure" in Helen, GA is one of my favorite spots to bike. The trails are well kept and the beauty of the stream, covered bridge, fields, and woods, just make it a very scenic ride. Expect
paved steep inclines and declines mixed with graveled roads. Definitely a good workout even for the advanced rider. Hiking is great with lots of trails to choose from. There is such a variety of things to do here you could keep busy for days!
