Places to visit in Suches include:

·         Woody Gap, the unofficial gateway

·         Dockery Lake, great for camping and fishing

·         Deep Hole Recreation Area, a beautiful fishing and camping spot in the Chattahoochee National Forest

·         Sea Creek Falls, a nice small waterfall near Suches

·         The Swinging Bridge, a footbridge over the Toccoa River

    Come to Suches in Northeast Georgia ~ The Valley Above the Clouds for their annual festival Indian Summer Festival on the first full weekend in October. It's held on the grounds of Woody Gap School, Georgia's smallest public school.
