  • The property is located on 18 acres and there are trails around the property. There is pond which has a tent on a platform. We have the option of renting the entire property including all three tents and all meals. We also have a large event tent on a platform where we serve breakfast. We are also an intimate event facility for up to 75 people. Events include weddings, anniversaries, honeymoons, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, workshops, parties among others. Available upon request we have a available a message therapist or can bring in a yoga instructor daily. We also have partnered with several outfitters and can arrange for such activities such as biking, hiking, fly fishing, canoeing, rafting, tubing ...

Best Time To Visit: All year

What You'll Need for Your Visit: Depending on what you want to do, as little or as much as you would like. If you are adventureous you can bring your bike, canoe, hiking boots, kayak etc. You also have the option to rent from local shops if you don't want to bring your own. As we are in the mountains you may wish to bring warmer clothing for the evening. Don't forget the umbrella as the tents are a distance from the parking lot and main house. Of course we have some here in case you forget to bring your own.

Located in Ellijay Georgia on 18 beautiful acres our B&B is an old homestead, an artist retreat and intimate event facility.

Our guest cottages are luxury sleeping tents from India. Don't let the word "tent" fool you, these tents are beautifully designed inside with all the comforts of home while being environmentally friendly.

Each tent is complete with personal bathroom including hot showers full sink and composting toilets. They have large covered front verandas overlooking the woods or meadow. The bedrooms are double occupancy with a small sitting area. The beds have sumptuous down comforters and fine linens.

Guests are welcome to visit our artist studios located on the grounds.
