AthFest takes place in downtown Athens, Ga., approximately 65 miles northeast of Atlanta. This event was named a Top 20 event by the Southeast Tourism Society!
Experience more than 150 bands on outdoor stages and in Athens' renowned clubs. Original music, art, local film screenings, and KidsFest provide entertainment for all ages. Performances on the outdoor stages are free; wristbands that allow all-venue weekend access to almost 20 clubs (subject to age and capacity restrictions) are available for sale. Wristbands also provide discounts or free entry to Special Events put on in conjunction with AthFest.
The Main Stage Area of AthFest is on Washington Street in the two blocks in front of the 40 Watt Club (285 W. Washington Street, Athens, GA 30601) and the Morton Theatre. This area will house the outdoor stages, Artist Market, KidsFest, vendors and more.
Club crawl venues are located throughout downtown.
TICKETS: Outdoor stages are FREE, open to all ages, and do not require wristbands. Wristbands allow unlimited access to participating venues plus discounted or free entry to Affiliated Events. Wristbands may be purchased for $15.00 in advance or for $20.00 at the festival. Venue age restrictions will apply.
