The Southeastern Railway Museum will honor our country's servicemen and women with free admission for service members (or former service members showing) IDs during Amed Forces Day, Saturday May 19 Armed Forces Day is celebrated on the third Saturday in May. The day was created by congress in 1949, and was a result of the consolidation of the military services in the Department of Defense. It was intended to replace the separate Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard Days.

The museum will host visiting trucks, tractors and other vehicles to explore and learn about.
