This family-friendly event is a great way to kick-start the summer season! In honor of the 50th Damiversay of Lake Hartwell, Cars & Guitars, will have a 50's and 60's theme. Downtown Hartwell from 1pm-6pm. This event helps to raise money for the Pre-4th Extravaganza fireworks! The children's activity area is a fundraiser for Hart Co.'s Imagination Library, which provide free books to kids age 5 & under.

    - The Classic Car Show Registration is $15 if paid by May 5rd, 2012.
    - After May 5rd, the registration increases to $20.
    - Street Rod, Classic Car & Custom Cars participants will be eligible for trophies.
    - Classic cars must be at least 25 years of age.
    - Vendor Spaces are $50. Food vendors must complete a temporary food service application from the Hart County Health Dept., at (706) 376-2582.

    The 20th Annual Challenge of the Centuries Bike Ride is sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Hartwell. The ride will be held in May in Hartwell on Lake Hartwell. Come for one day or both & enjoy riding loops that traverse rolling back county roads with picturesque scenery and minimum traffic.

  • Scarecrow Bash & Monster Mash

    The Scarecrow Bash is a month long event in the town of Hartwell starting 10/7.The Monster Mash Festival will take place in the afternoon of October 31st. It is from 3-7pm in the heart of Downtown Hartwell. Look for music, food, games, a candy stroll, vendors and special events for all ages.
