The 8th Annual Dahlonega Literary Festival & Writer’s Conference will occur Nov. 10-13 at various locations on the Historic Square in Dahlonega, Georgia. The Festival will also feature the Don Bacek Literary IQ Quiz and Scavenger Hunt. Festival authors include Terry Kay (Keynote Speaker), Joshilyn Jackson, Sheldon Siegel, Deanna Raybourn, Jackie Cooper, Lauretta Hannon, Jeannie Holmes, Thomas Mullen, Jana Oliver, and Jackson Pearce. Dahlonega First Friday Night Concert

The Dahlonega Downtown Development Authority/Main Street Program present the "First Friday Night Concert Series" in downtown Dahlonega's beautiful Hancock Park. The 2012 concerts will be June through October. All concerts are free to the public and begin at 6:30 PM.
