The Annual Old-Time Oyster Roast, sponsored by the Kingsland Lions Club, will be held on Saturday February 4, 2012 (Super Bowl weekend) from 6 PM to 8 PM. The event is held at the Lions Clubhouse at 112 William St in Kingsland. In addition to roasted oysters, boiled shrimp, seafood gumbo, Brunswick stew, homemade desserts are served. There will be live entertainment. The Lions club uses the proceeds to provide support for the sight and hearing impaired.
