Best Time To Visit: Hills & Dales Estate is open year-round. Late March and early April are popular for spring flowers including azaleas. During the summer the herb garden and colorful annuals reach their peak. The historic ginkgos turn a beautiful yellow in autumn. December 3-23 enjoy the Callaway home decorated for the holidays.
What You'll Need for Your Visit: The historic garden has pea gravel paths and numerous steps. We suggest comfortable shoes.
Our fifth annual Picnic in the Garden will be on Saturday, May 12, 2012 from 11 am to 2 pm. Activities include pony rides, and games like horseshoes, ladder ball, bocce, croquet, and more. Music will spill over the grounds to add to the fun. Bring a picnic basket and blanket for free garden admittance. (House tours are regular price)
