The Summer Redneck Games started in East Dublin as a laughable spoof of Atlanta's 1996 Summer Olympic Games and have grown into a national phenomenon. The Summer Redneck Games take place in July and feature side-splitting entertainment like Redneck Idol, Battle of the Bands in Redneck Land, Bobbin’ for Pig’s Feet, Redneck Toilet Seat Horseshoes, and a crowd favorite, the Mud Pit Belly Flop. All proceeds benefit charity.
