• From I-95, take exit 36A toward Brunswick. Stay on this road (Jesup Hwy. 341) about 5 miles straight into the Historic Downtown District. The Ritz Theatre is on your left at the corner of Newcastle and F streets (look for the big Ritz sign). From Hwy. 17/Glynn Avenue - turn on Gloucester St. toward Downtown. Take a right on Newcastle. The Ritz is one block down on your right. Mary Ross Waterfront Park (Farmers Market, special events) is one block from the Ritz toward the river, on Bay St. between F St. & Gloucester. For Jazz in the Park, take the causeway to St. Simons Island. Take the first right on Kings Way and follow it down to Pier Village. Take a right on Mallery St. and the first left. Less than 1/4 mile to St. Simons Lighthouse (12th St.) on your right.
