- Best time to Go -This all depends on you. Late October & early November are the best times for fall foilage. Winter time is ideal if you like a quiet atmosphere and want to take full advantage of the wood burning fireplaces. Spring is a beautiful time to view all of the blooming plants and trees. Summer is perfect for outdoor sports and activities.
