The Juliette Low Birthplace was the FIRST National Historic Landmark in Savannah. Home of Juliette Gordon Low, Founder of the Girl Scouts, this Regency house, constructed 1818-1821,is elegantly restored to 1886, and features original furnishings. Owned by Girl Scouts USA, the historic house museum open for public tours with reserved programs for Girl Scouts and school classes.Monday - Saturday 10:00 am - 4:00 p.m ; Sunday 11:00 am -4:00 p.m. Reservations required for groups. Closed Wednesdays, November - February and some holidays.

The Juliette Low Birthplace is closed Wednesdays from November - February and some holidays, including New Year's Day, Easter Day, St. Patrick's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day (reopening at 12:30 pm on Friday after Thanksgiving), Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and Sundays between Christmas and New Year's.
The office, 912-233-4501, is open M-F, 9-4:30, for all inquiries and reservations. The phone at the historic house is 912-233-4502, for weekends and after hours events.

Parking is available at meters on the street at approximately $.75 an hour. Parking in nearby garages is approxiamtely $5.00 -$8.00 for a day. We sell an $8.00 two-day parking pass from the City of Savannah which is good at meters and at city parking lots and garages.
The Pioneers in Preservation Pass is good for admission to the Juliette Gordon Low Birthplace, the Isaiah Davenport House and the Andrew Low House
