We offer three action packed tours: Walk with the Shadows: Ghosts, legends, and murder mysteries in a sleepy southern town. Walk the path of the spirit realm. Hear about unexplained murders, haunted houses, and accidental death as well as the ghosts that still haunts the river's edge. In this spell-binding tour you will glimpse one of America's Most Haunted buildings - the Springer Opera House. Stroll with us and delve into paranormal activity, hear the bizarre story of The Lady on the River, and learn about the good ghost that saves lives in the historic district. From: Fall & Spring Starts at: dark Time: 1.5 hour, one mile lantern lit stroll Cost: $13 CASH ONLY (ATM on site) Special Halloween Week tours. Come in costume and get $2 off. Be ready to be scared as you do not know what may be lingering in the dark. Recommended for ages 13 and up. Tours can be made by appointment for group of 5 individuals or more. Great for teen birthday parties, corporate groups or reunions. Rivercity Twighlight Tour: Find out that Columbus used to be called River City, GA. History comes alive when you hear about the the lives and events that shaped this Chattahoochee River Town. What do Siamese twins, steamboats, Tom Thumb and the Titanic all have in common? Discover the answers on this historical tour that winds through brick laden streets and down the riverfront. It is a narrative of a city, its people, and the struggle between social unrest, development, and preservation of the landscape. Astonighing tales and stunning photographs tell the continually evolving reltionship the city and its river have had from teh 1600's to the present day. Meets educational standards. From: by appointment only Runs: Fall-Spring Time: afternoons and evenings cost: $10 CASH ONLY i Spy Kids Tour: Find historical clues! Kids search for answers to historical events with their flashlight on this walking tour designed for children between 4 and 10 years old. Games of i Spy, red light/green light, finding encrypted messages and discovering history through sensory clues. The kids will be having so much fun, they won't even know that they are learning something. The adventure ends with a game of hide-n-seek at dark. Be sure to bring your own flashlight. From: One Saturday a month or by appointment with a minimum of 10 Runs: Fall & Spring Starts at: Sunset (lasts 45 minutes) ages: 4-10 Cost*: $8 CASH ONLY (no ATM on site) * Supervising adults and non-participating children are free.
