Tiger Mountain Vineyards is nestled on a hillside high up in Rabun County, on the rocky, sunny slopes of the North Georgia Mountains. Our vineyard is small, the vines individually tended and the grapes hand-picked for quality. Our red wines are barrel-aged 12 to 24 months. Visit the vineyards and enjoy barrel-room tastings! Beginning mid-May the Red Barn Cafe will be open to the public for lunch (Catered gourmet lunches by Rob Rotunno of the award winning Corkscrew Café in Dahlonega) every Saturday and Sunday from 11:30am until 4:00pm from May through November. There will be live music on Saturdays.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff and great wines! Beautiful vineyards. Great place for a day trip.

From Atlanta, non-rush hour travel time is one hour and 45 minutes. I-85 North to Hwy 985 past Gainesville, (becomes Hwy. 441) Cornelia, Clarkesville, Toccoa. Hwy 441, a two lane road after you cross the Tallulah River, is slowing becoming a four- lane road. (Watch for construction!) Approximately 8 miles past the river, you will see Rabun County High School on the right and you will drive under a new bridge over the highway. The second left past the high school is the Tiger Connector. Look for GOATS ON THE ROOF - a rustic store with wonderful fresh produce and flowers - and yes, with real goats grazing on the roof. Turn left there onto the Tiger Connector. Go to the flashing red light (Tiger Food Mart, Post Office) and turn right (north) on Old Highway 441. Vineyards and winery - purple shutters and yellow awnings - are less than a mile up the road on the left. (Winery is 10 minutes south of Clayton.)
