  • Additional Info: The Juliette Low Birthplace is closed Wednesdays from November - February and some holidays, including New Year's Day, Easter Day, St. Patrick's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day (reopening at 12:30 pm on Friday after Thanksgiving), Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and Sundays between Christmas and New Year's. The office, 912-233-4501, is open M-F, 9-4:30, for all inquiries and reservations. The phone at the historic house is 912-233-4502, for weekends and after hours events.

  • Additional Fee Info: Parking is available at meters on the street at approximately $.75 an hour. Parking in nearby garages is approximately $5.00 -$8.00 for a day. We sell an $8.00 two-day parking pass from the City of Savannah which is good at meters and at city parking lots and garages. The Pioneers in Preservation Pass is good for admission to the Juliette Gordon Low Birthplace, the Isaiah Davenport House and the Andrew Low House

The Juliette Low Birthplace was the FIRST National Historic Landmark in Savannah. Home of Juliette Gordon Low, Founder of the Girl Scouts, this Regency house, constructed 1818-1821,is elegantly restored to 1886, and features original furnishings.

      Pioneer in Preservation Pass Pioneers In Preservation Pass for the Davenport House, the Juliette Low birthplace and the Andrew Low House A multiple site admission called Pioneers in Preservation pass available for $18 per person for admission to all three historic house museums at a discounted rate. The three historic house museums are Savannah’s preservation pioneers -- The Colonial Dames of America acquired the Andrew Low House in 1927. The Juliette Gordon Low Birthplace was acquired by the Girl Scouts of United States of America in 1953. In 1955 Isaiah Davenport House was saved from demolition thus initiating the founding of the Historic Savannah Foundation.
