The Georgia Music Hall of Fame joins Friends of Johnny Mercer and the city of Savannah in a centennial celebration of its native son, Johnny Mercer, who would have been 100 years old on Nov. 18, 2009. The exhibition will chronicle the career of the renowned singer, songwriter and lyricist and will complement a year-long series of events commemorating his life and achievements.
