Pebble Hill Plantation

Pebble Hill Plantation, located near the Georgia-Florida border in Thomasville, is a beautiful escape to the past. This 3,000 acre plantation dates to 1825. Take a tour of the main house, which features Georgian and Greek Revival architecture.

You can also take a self-guided tour of the 77 acres that are open to the public. Plan to pack a lunch and picnic at the plantation, for a day that will not soon be forgotten.

When you're ready to turn in, plan to stay at either the Dawson Stree Inn Bed & Breakfast, or the 1884 Paxton House Inn, both located in the heart of the historic district in downtown Thomasville. Both offer gourmet breakfasts, and are sure to help you relax and get away.
