Lane Southern Orchards is a fourth generation family operation that farms over 2,700 acres of peach trees and 2,100 acres of pecans. Located right outside of Fort Valley, in the heart of middle Georgia, we currently grow over 30 varieties of peaches.

A visit to Peach County gives you a taste as sweet as a peach. Fort Valley was long known as the Peach Capitol of the World and is still the state's largest peach producing area. Come and learn how Georgia became the “Peach State”.

Come and enjoy our 10-acre camellia garden, including a Japanese garden, rose garden, greenhouses, annuals and perennials.

This 1865 Homeplace is a Historic landmark in Peach County. The Cotton Barn at Pineola is one of Middle Georgia's most unique event facilities.

The C.W. Pettigrew Farm and Community Life Center is a full-service conference, convention, and performing arts facility. As an outreach program of Fort Valley State University, the center serves the conference and convention needs of the area as well as the campus.  
 

The 9-hole "Pine Needles" course at the Pine Needles Country Club facility in Fort Valley, Georgia features 3,078 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 36 . The course rating is 34.7 and it has a slope rating of 120. Pine Needles golf course opened in 1954.
