The City of Rincon is holding its annual Freedom Rings in Rincon Festival and Parade on June 28 - 29, 2013. The festival will start a 6 p.m. at the Rincon Festival Site located at 6755 Prosperity Dr. Activities include children's inflatables, pie and watermelon eating contests, lots of food and craft vendors, and a grand finale laser light show.
The parade will be held on June 29 starting at 10 a.m. at Macomber Park, 1002 Lexington Ave and ending at Rincon Baptist Temple, 305 Weisenbaker Rd. Participants include SCMP mounted patrol unit, Ebenezer Rifles – Sons of Confederate Veterans 1901, and many more.
