Dogwood City Art Gallery is a fine art gallery open to the public. It exists to create value for its stake holders: its artists, patrons, and the community. It does this by 1) providing a contemporary venue for exhibition; 2) offering guidance to those who seek it; and 3) supporting art education and the development of the fine arts at the local, regional and national levels.

The gallery was opened in 2012 as a place to give local and regional artists a voice. It serves as a destination art gallery exhibiting diverse media in a contemporary environment and seeks to be the venue of choice for viewing selected fine art in Western Georgia and the Southeast. Gallery exhibits are organized to promote the best works of new and established artists and to attract those who seek more beautiful surroundings for themselves, their homes or businesses. Varied media may include paintings, drawings, glass, wood carvings and turnings, ceramics, jewelry, sculpture, photography and textiles.
