The Cotton South is a place, a time and a state of mind. It represents the past, but also embraces the present and future. It implies class distinction, yet in actuality it's a merging of all classes, economies and viewpoints. We chose The Cotton South as the namesake for our art festival because we believe that some of the small towns in Middle Georgia represent the perfect embodiment of these diverse, sometimes contrasting influences, while some of those are recognized internationally as select destinations.

In our second year, we're hosting the work of nationally and internationally reknowned artists against the backdrop of Harbor Club on Lake Oconee. Harbor Club is a beautiful community with an upscale contemporary character. The combination of The Cotton South and Harbor Club promises to be an extraordinary experience.
