The Cherokee Arts Center, along with Serge Entertainment Group and the North Georgia Film & Music Professionals present "Crosscut: A Visual Odyssey in Photography and Art." Four artists will exhibit and sell their diverse artwork at the Cherokee Arts Center in downtown Canton, Ga., from Friday, Sept. 6 through Friday, Sept. 27. The exhibition will be held in the gallery located in the lower level of the historic Arts Center. Crosscut will feature artists Bo Bice (painting and photography) and Lisa LaRue (photographic compositions); and local artists Mark Waterbury (photography and computer manipulated photography) and Mikel Estes (paintings and pen-and-ink drawings).
On Friday, Sept. 6, a reception featuring appearances by the four Crosscut artists will be held at the Cherokee Arts Center from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. Live acoustic music will be performed by Bo Bice and John Baker, formerly of prog rock band Mars Hollow.
