Grandparents and grandchildren are invited to the Georgia Museum of Art for fun in the galleries and creating art together, in conjunction with the exhibition "The Crossroads of Memory: Carroll Cloar and the American South." This event is free and open to the public and supported by the Friends of the Georgia Museum of Art, Athens Community Council on Aging and the UGA Office of Service-Learning. Student docents at the Georgia Museum of Art will lead activities as part of the art education special topics and service-learning course "Engaging Art Museum Audiences as Student Docents." 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Come early to the UGA Performing Arts Center for Saturday Morning Club, a partnership with Athens Regional Health System featuring performers from UGA's Hugh Hodgson School of Music, at 10 a.m. Saturday Morning Club is $6/child and $10/adult.
