The Dub Denman Canoe Trail is located on the Tallapoosa River. At approximately 27 miles long in Haralson County, Ga., the trail connects to the Alabama Canoe Trail. There are three launch sites along the river: Poplar Springs Rd., GA100 N near Haralson County Waterworks and Broad Street-Tallapoosa. Enjoy this beautiful, quiet, and one of the cleanest rivers in the West Georgia area. Check the website, visitharalson.org, for updated information.
