With brand new mega ramps, a three mile nature trail, petting zoo, picnic pavilions and swimming area, there's something for everyone. All traditional water activities are available, from boating and skiing to canoeing to diving. The park also has baseball fields, a playground and a boardwalk that runs about 1/4 mile along the river. The city's amphitheater is also located at the park. Many community events happen throughout the year, including River Town Days, July 4 and numerous bass fishing tournaments.
