Euharlee Welcome Center & History Museum

Built in 1886 by Washington King, the Euharlee Covered Bridge is the perfect spot for photographs. Its allure is enhanced by the picturesque 1850s village surrounding it. On the Georgia Covered Bridge Trail as well as the National Historical Register, the Euharlee Covered Bridge is one of the oldest remaining covered bridges in the state. It is also known as Lowry (Lowery) Bridge and Euharlee Creek Covered Bridge.
The Euharlee Welcome Center & History Museum offers free, self-guided museum tours Wednesday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Closed Monday and Tuesday. Contact the museum for additional information or group tours.

2015 Haunted Euharlee Historic Ghost Walk

On Oct. 24, the Euharlee Historical Society will hold its annual Haunted Euharlee Historic Ghost Walk through the small, historic town for one night only. Visitors will follow tour guides through the historic town to hear exciting, family-friendly tales from costumed interpreters portraying residents from Euharlee's past.
