We want to invite you to visit us and when you do, you will step into a wonderland of Nature and serenity, even though you are only three miles from downtown Blue Ridge. Here at The Fernbrook Inn we strive for quiet and simple elegance. We are easy going, but we want to be known as one of the very best inns in the Blue Ridge and North Georgia area. The Fernbrook Inn is a perfect marriage of the original house built in 1908 with the new renovations completed in 2010. All of the original structure remains intact. The additions compliment the old in every way The original house was only one small room with the fireplace. Pete Gaeta purchased the house and added the kitchen and the large Master suite. He also built his small studio, now the Bungalow, where he spent many happy hours tying flies. Ruth Gaeta’s love was her yard and gardens. Many of her plants are still here. She loved hostas, lilies and ferns. We are enhancing her plan with more of her favorites, plus some of mine such as roses, dusty miller and flox. Lavender and herbs line the sidewalk to the front door, while wisteria climbs on the arbors over the porches.
