Dalton, GA 30720

706-270-9960

Welcome to the Historic Dalton Depot, a nationally registered historic landmark and one of the few Victorian-era train stations that survived Sherman's infamous "March to the Sea" during the Civil War. The Depot that witnessed the "Great Train Race" of 1862 has seen almost all downtown development.

Though the Depot is not officially open for tours, there is an historic landmark located on the property for reading.
