Southbound travelers along the eastern seaboard can exit I-95 at Santee, SC and proceed onto US 301 through historic lower South Carolina and the Magnolia Midland region of Georgia. Northbound travelers can exit I-95 at Yulee, Florida and proceed twelve miles west to US 301 in Callahan, Florida.
