Comprised of 150 acres, the Atlanta State Farmers Market in Clayton County (1-75, exit 237) is considered one of the largest of its kind in the world. It features a garden center, wholesale and retail activities, and is a major marketing hub and distribution point for fresh produce in the Southeast and throughout the country. The Oakwood Cafe at the Market serves a selection of meats and vegetables, BBQ and assorted pies and desserts. Also on site is Don Burrito, a Mexican Restaurant, open from 6:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
