The Kingsland Depot features historical pictures and exhibits of Kingsland's yesteryear. It also houses the "Lovetown USA" exhibit from Oprah's TV show, which was filmed in the building. The Kingsland DepotĀ  serves as the trailhead for the Okefenokee Trail, which encompasses the Okefenokee Swamp.

Brochures and information for local attractions, downtown businesses and information for the Okefenokee Swamp are available. Hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Closed weekends and holidays.

The current Kingsland Depot was built circa 1917 and replaced the original depot which was built circa 1906, which burned in 1914. The depot was built to primarily serve as a freight storage area with a small area for ticket sales. Once passenger service no longer ran along the rail lines in Camden County, the depot was used for freight/parts storage and personnel office space. The depot was donated to the City of Kingsland in 2006 by CSX Railroad.
