Root for Augusta's hometeam; if we don't win, it's a shame! Augusta has a long and storied baseball history that predates the GreenJackets. Baseball has been entrenched in the fabric of Augusta 's community dating back to 1885 with the Augusta Browns. Over the next 123 years, Augusta was home to 12 minor league teams culminating into a South Atlantic League best, 10 league championships. Games are played from April until September.
Groups should call in advance for special pricing or for information on renting the Party Pavillion.
