1.5 garden acres nestled in the heart of downtown Conyers. The site offers examples of native plants of Georgia's Piedmont region. The pond is fed by the city's downtown water tower built in 1900. Adjacent to the botanical gardens is the pavilion, which hosts many community events and activities, including the annual Downtown Summer Series, and is available for rent to individuals, groups or businesses.

On the first Tuesday of each month, the Conyers-Rockdale Council for the Arts invite local artists to our 83 seat black box theatre for a night of music, drinks, and friends. General admission is $6 and the price for admission and registration for performing artists is $5. Beer, wine, soda, and snacks will be available. The Paula Vaughn Black Box Theater is located in historic downtown Conyers - Olde Town Conyers with many restaurants open in the district.
