Newman Wetlands Center is dedicated to educating the public on wetlands conservation and inspiring community action for the health of our local watershed. The site consists of a parking area, picnic tables, an interpretive exhibit area, and walking trails. The Learning Center features a classroom, exhibit area, and public restrooms. Interpretive signs along the half-mile, ADA accessible boardwalk provide visitors with facts about wetlands and local wildlife. NWC offers a wide range of experiential and interpretive programming for all ages. They also host the Wetlands & Watershed Festival, a wetlands art exhibit, and a variety of public programs & educator workshops.

Open year-round. Trails and picnic area open daily 7 a.m to 7 p.m. (March - October) and 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. (November - February). The Learning Center is open Tuesday – Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm.
