World-renowned folk artist Howard Finster began creating Paradise Gardens in 1951. It is listed as one of Georgia's noted art attractions. Finster's outsider art -- sculpture and paintings -- draws tourists from around the world. Open Tueday through Sunday. Groups welcome. Next door is The Finster Vision House which opened as an art gallery of some of Finster's art.

Winter hours are only Thursday thru Sunday.

    Howard Finster's Paradise Garden hosts its annual Finster Fest again on Memorial Day weekend, May 26-27, 2018, in Summerville, Georgia.
