Richland Rum

Climate, nutritious soils and an abundance of natural spring water from the Georgia aquifer have provided the South-Western part of the state with a rich history in farming. Currently known for its production in cotton, peanuts, pecans and peaches, the area produced also sugar cane in the past. At Vennebroeck, we take pride in re-introducing sugar cane farming to the area. For many years, we have experimented with numerous varieties to establish which one best supports artisan production of rum from fresh sugar cane juice. Richland Rum is the result of our efforts. Hand crafted and aged in oak barrels, Richland Rum is a truly organic product unique to the area.
