Riverview Hotel - St. Marys
Riverview Hotel, built in 1916, rests on the banks of the St. Marys River across the street from the ferry to Cumberland Island. Rooms are either one or two double beds, or a queen bedroom. All rooms have private baths, cable TV and A/C. Seagle's Saloon Sports Bar and Patio is located inside the hotel, as well as Captain Seagles Restaurant. The hotel is near the marina, kayaking, beach and waterfront.

Celebrate the 4th of July in a small-town atmosphere in St. Marys, Georgia with a parade, entertainment, arts and crafts, food vendors, kids rides, a street dance and one of the largest fireworks displays in Southeast Georgia. America's Birthday Train will also be running at noon, 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. to celebrate the holiday! This event is sponsored by the Kiwanis Club.

The Annual Rock Shrimp Festival in historic St. Marys continues its long-standing tradition of family fun with a full day of events, including a 5K run, kids' activities, a themed parade featuring decorated floats, fire trucks, tractors, golf carts and more. For a fun and educational Halloween activity, this downtown event can't be beat. Blending legends with authentic historical events, storytellers will hold court at noteworthy St. Marys sites. Each presenter will be fully costumed to reflect their respective time periods.
