Historic beach house (duplex) built in 1928 on the south end of Butler Ave. 200 steps to South Beach. Two units - upstairs and downstairs. Can be rented separately or together. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms - one king and one queen, sleep sofa in the living room. 1.5 baths. Downstairs has 3 bedrooms - 2 with queen bed and 1 with twin beds. 2 baths. TVs in both living rooms and in the master bedrooms. Both have large screened in porches. WiFi. Close to the back river; within walking distance to downtown. Come and spend some time on our front porch;listen to the ocean at night and feel the cool breeze blowing. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner on the porch or just relax and read a book.
