Stonewall Creek Vineyards
Tiger, GA 30576
Offering fine Georgia wines from ancient mountain soil, Stonewall Creek Vineyards is a small, artisan winery and vineyard tucked in a pastoral mountain valley in Northeast Georgia's Rabun County. At an elevation of 2,200 ft., our microclimate offers warm summer days and cool evenings. We planted our first vines in 2005 and released our first wines in 2012. Our focus is growing exceptional grapes and crafting fine wines.
Our five acres of vines are vitis vinifera (Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Tannat and Petit Manseng) with wines released on our Stonewall Creek Vineyards label. Our second label, Standing Deer Cellar, features American Norton grapes grown just up the road at The Stack Farm. Our wines are dry-- from a rosé in traditional French style to full-bodied reds and our signature white.
Our winery is open April-December, Thursday-Saturday, 12 noon - 5 p.m., and Sunday, 12:30-5 p.m., or by appointment, 706-212-0584. Owners: Carla and Carl Fackler.

Our first Harvest Stomp!" Begin with a tasting of five wines as a warm-up to your best imitation of Lucy and Ethel's grape stomping episode. (Too young for I Love Lucy? Check it out on youtube.) Finish your stomping and add your footprints to your souvenir t-shirt. Finally, relax with a refreshing Sassy Glassy (wine cooler featuring our Glassy Red). Enjoy the Southern Rock and Country Music of Sweet Charity, who are playing for donations to PAWS 4 Life animal shelter. (Think adoption!) Brin...read more
