The Simmons-Bond Inn, a Victorian Bed and Breakfast

WELCOME to the Simmons-Bond Inn, a Victorian Inn in downtown, Toccoa, GA. Walking distance from restaurants, antiques, Amtrak, and museums, the inn has plenty of free parking, and is minutes from Toccoa Falls, Tallulah Gorge, Alpine Helen, and Dahlonega.

Approximately one hour from the Mall of GA, we are close enough to Atlanta for weekend getaways, and far enough to enjoy a relaxing small town atmosphere or any of three state parks. We are famous for hospitality and unique gourmet breakfasts.

Our innkeeper, Elizabeth Forkey, is also an accomplished specialty cake artist. You will never eat better! Complimentary drinks and snacks are provided. Our rooms have gourmet coffee and tea, fireplaces, cable TV sweets at turn-down, and every amenity to make it the perfect getaway.

We are located across the street from and excellent antique mall, and just a block away from the Currahee Military Museum. Toccoa Falls, taller than Niagara and just 5 minutes away. Other attractions include Curraha Mountain, the new Currahee Winery opening the Spring of 2012, Traveler’s Rest Historic Site and the Paul Anderson Park.  Nearby activities include paddling, hiking, biking, and golfing.  Downtown Toccoa offers a wide variety of shops and dining.

The inn is listed on the National Register of Historic Homes, and free historic tours are available on request.
